The F1380V is a wide body replacement filter element designed for Ingersoll Rand VA F1380V housings. It delivers exceptional flow capacity and oil vapor removal for large compressed air networks. Typical installations include central air treatment for multi station laser cutting factories, high speed electronics cleanrooms, and industrial sandblasting facilities requiring continuous high volume air.

This element features a thick activated carbon matrix housed in a larger diameter (113 mm) body. Residual oil content is reduced to 0.003 ppm while particulate filtration achieves 0.01 micron absolute rating. Performance meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 for oil and particles.

Rated at 23 Nm³/min, the F1380V handles very high air demand with pressure loss ≤0.01 bar, saving 5–7% energy. The wider 113 mm diameter allows lower face velocity, extending the 8,000 hour service life even under heavy load.
